RETURN POLICY

Return & Exchange Conditions

We stand behind all the products that we design, make and sell.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason, you are not happy with the product you received, you may return it within 14 days, for a full refund or exchange.

  1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  2. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
  5. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize.
  1. Custom and special-made jewelry cannot be cancelled and are ineligible for a return or exchange due to the personalized and individualized nature of the item.  Jk moissanite will charge a 25% restocking fee for the exchange of the personalized items.
  2. Special Custom order items such as those with custom sizes and colors loose moissanite & jewelery are not refundable. 
  3. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
  4. Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  1. In the event you cancel your order after we have started making your jewelry but before it has shipped, the applicable restocking fee (25%) will be charged.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled
